Port Barton, Philippines

Port Barton je eden tistih placov na potovanju, od koder se ti sploh ne mudi in kjer bi z odhodom odlašal v neznano prihodnost. Majhna ribiška vasica sredi ničesar, naravno lepa plaža, prijazni domačini, mir in tišina, zame pravi raj. Edina "nevarnost" so sicer neverjetno lepi morski ježki in pot do tja (če greste po kopnem in dan po obilnem deževju - za 21 km s triciklom potrebujete dobri 2 uri). Če se hočem povrniti nekam, kjer sem občutila neverjeten notranji mir, je to Port Barton...

Port Barton is one of those places during travelling, where you want to extend your stay for as much time as possible. it's a place where time becomes seriously relative and you stop feeling the urge of further travelling... Basically it's just a small, fisherman village in the middle of nothing, but still it has that special charm and feeling to it. For me it was like a little paradise, away from time and worries. The only "danger" you may encounter are though very beautiful, but also very painfull sea urchins and the way to get there (IF you are travelling there only a day after heavy rain). If i want in my mind to return to a place, which fulfilled me with unbeliavable inner peace, i return to Port Barton...
