Bohol, Philippines

Bohol is kind of funny place. When you approach the island from the water, you can see that Bohol is kind of green, jungle crazy place. This doesn't mean only few travellers visit it - Bohol is popular for diving and Chocolate hills, but still remains kind of a laid back place. If i sadi, Palawan had unique energy and adventure feeling to it, i would say, Bohol had free spirit energy. People there live together with wild nature. Mostly there are only small towns and villages, but you have Tagbiliran, which is bigger, like a city and a bit more noisy. The easiest way of travelling around the island is with rented motorbike, the hardest are the busses - they seem to drive without any specific order and stop only if there are free spots (which includes seats on the roof)... One unforgetable and special experience was also to see the little Tarsiers.
